Los beneficiarios finales de este proyecto serán los empleadores quienes conocerán más de cerca la problemática de sus establecimientos y podrán definir y priorizar cuales acciones deben implementar para garantizar una mayor higiene, seguridad en sus trabajadores.Based on the study carried out, the risks in this group of workers can be evidenced in relation to the activities carried out in the kitchen. With this, the analysis of these risks can be carried out and generate recommendations that allow the future in the study restaurants to implement measures of intervention aimed at mitigating risk.
