Con el tiempo, KALOTTOX ha crecido y se ha transformado, abriendo una nueva ubicación en Bella vista, donde se trasladó el punto de fabricación. Sin embargo, el punto administrativo y de distribución sigue siendo una parte vital ubicada en el Restrepo, con instalaciones ampliadas para satisfacer las crecientes demandas del mercado. Actualmente algunas máquinas de la empresa presentan fallos inesperados en la producción y algunos clientes han demostrado su inconformidad con la demora en sus entregas para ello se realizará un estudio que identifique la causa raíz del problema por medio de un análisis inicial en el cual se clasificarán las variables encontradas buscando los puntos críticos para priorizar su intervención, posteriormente se elaborará una propuesta para implementar un TPM (Mantenimiento total productivo) para los equipos y máquinas que intervienen en el proceso. Finalmente, se determinará la relación costo beneficio para saber qué tan viable es implementar este plan en línea de producción de prendas de vestir.
