Surge por la necesidad de optimizar el ciclo de vida del mayor activo físico de la compañía “Planta de mezcla Asfáltica”, por lo que utilizaremos el sistema de gestión activos. El proceso de investigación comienza con el estudio de la Norma Pass 55-2008, luego se revisara la documentación que maneja actualmente el área de Maquinaria y equipos, comparando la norma versus el sistema de gestión, con esto se analizara en qué nivel se encuentra el área y que hace falta para lograr implementar un sistema de gestión de activos físicos. También nos dará una visión sobre la importancia y beneficios que otorga elegir como estrategia una política de gestión de activos físicos ya que la utilidad de la compañía se centra en la producción de Mezclas Asfálticas.The present Qualified work " systemic Intervention realized to the area of machinery and equipments of Concrescol S.A according to norm Pass 55-2008 ".
