En este proceso se identificó falencia en las actividades desarrolladas por el almacenista, lo cual contribuye a la implementación de un sistema de gestión que contiene fichas de caracterización de las herramientas, materiales y equipos que presentan mayores movimientos, los cuales hacen parte de la etapa de acabados, formatos de inventario manual como digital para obtener información en tiempo real y un instructivo para el manejo de almacén, con el fin de garantizar una optimización de recursos para el desarrollo de la obra.This work contains the description of the functions carried out by an intern from the Francisco Jose de Caldas District University in the company Haus Desarrollos Inmobiliarios SAS, in the administrative area, focused on the supply of tools, materials and equipment in the BALZANI project, carrying out inventories initials, inventory entry and exit kardex, adequacy of warehouse spaces and support for the technical area.
