Para dicho análisis se tomaron motocicletas con diferentes usos, como transporte personal, domicilios y trabajos pesados. Revisando los datos de los mantenimientos realizados, se determinaron los sistemas que presentaban más intervenciones debido a las fallas y mediante diagramas de Pareto se identificaron que los sistemas más críticos son: Sistema de alimentación, Sistema de transmisión y sistema de suspensión. Los componentes más críticos de cada sistema se determinaron con un análisis de criticidad, adicionalmente se determinaron tiempos de MTBF (Tiempo medio entre paradas) y MTTR (Tiempo medio de reparación). Con todos los datos agrupados y con diferentes análisis, se planteó un plan de mantenimiento basado en RCM (Mantenimiento centrado en la confiabilidad) para prolongar la vida útil de la motocicleta, su rendimiento y número de paradas.In this work, five AKT motorcycles of the brand AKT of reference NKD 125 were sampled. reference NKD 125, which were maintained between 2019 and 2020.
