En el primer capítulo inicialmente se presentará el estado actual del sector y los sustentos teóricos que facilitarán el desarrollo del proyecto para cumplir el objetivo planteado, así como la identificación de soluciones y responsables del mismo. Se establecerán antecedentes del problema a resolver y el planteamiento de la solución, finalmente se iniciará el estudio preliminar. En el segundo capítulo se realizará un estudio de mercado y su análisis permitirá la definición de un plan de ventas para una futura etapa de implementación de la plataforma. En el tercer capítulo se presentará la planificación del proyecto, como el planteamiento de los objetivos, el plan de trabajo a ejecutar para el desarrollo del primer prototipo, así como el análisis de los posibles riesgos que puedan afectar su desarrollo En el cuarto capítulo se realizará la selección de la metodología de desarrollo adecuada, se definirá el equipo de trabajo, los modelos de programación, se definirán alcances, requerimientos de la plataforma Web y roles de usuario, diseño de las interfaces gráficas de los diferentes módulos y se realizará la codificación con sus respectivas pruebas unitarias de aceptación, durante la entrega de cada fase de desarrollo se aplicarán las observaciones necesarias. En el quinto capítulo se continuará con un análisis administrativo que permita estructurar la organización y los recursos necesarios para la futura etapa de implementación. En el sexto capítulo se realizará un análisis financiero que determine la viabilidad de una futura etapa de implementación. Finalmente, se presentarán las conclusiones y recomendaciones a tener en cuenta después del desarrollo de todos los estudios establecidos en el proyecto para el diseño de la plataforma de gestión Web de proyectos.The purpose of this project is to design a Web technology platform for manage and optimize projects for the acquisition of oil and gas easements in the department of Casanare. The first chapter will initially present the current state of the sector and the theoretical information that will facilitate the development of the project to meet the proposed objective, as well the identification of solutions and those responsible for it.
