Administrativamente presenta deficiencias que no le permiten tener información de primera mano y que impiden su crecimiento y posicionamiento, por lo que sus gestores, al identificar estas deficiencias, decidieron obtener un estudiante de administración deportiva para que desarrollara sus prácticas en la Entidad y generar planes que mejoren su funcionamiento. Para ello se realizó este trabajo en el que se implementaron estrategias que atacan directamente tres objetivos fundamentales de mejora, a saber: 1. Reestructuración administrativa, incluyendo clasificación de documentos y archivo de los mismos. 2. Estrategia Económica: El Plan Padrino fue desarrollado con el propósito de generar recursos económicos que permitan resolver las actividades del programa deportivo de la fundación y 3.
