Artículo 2° el cuerpo de policía se divide en dos brigadas mandadas por los capitanes comisarios. Artículo 3° el primero de dichos capitanes será secretario del jefe de la policía y desempeñará las funciones de ayudante mayor. Artículo 4° el cuerpo de la policía del estado, en cuanto a disciplina y penas estará sujeto al código militar.
