Esta investigación busca potencializar la gestión directiva del Centro De Idiomas Cafam por medio del mejoramiento del clima organizacional, haciendo uso de una herramienta tecnológica diseñada a partir de realizar una medición amplia de las percepciones que tienen los docentes y directivos que ayuden a detectar aspectos claves que se deben tener en cuenta en esta herramienta, y que conlleve más adelante a reorientar las reorientar las políticas administrativas en ese campo con el fin de lograr la mejora.This research titled “The company Management from the Organizational Climate at the Cafam Language Center in Bogotá”, focuses on the study of the Work Environment, since it is an aspect that positively or negatively affects organizations or institutions.
