El interés se orienta en establecer una noción de cuerpo que sobrepase toda visión limitada, dualista y mecánica. Para esto propongo dos elementos claves: motricidad y corporeidad, para la resignificación y comprensión del cuerpo desde una mirada amplia y compleja; estos se inscriben en el desarrollo humano como elementos imprescindibles para resignificar y aportar al desarrollo de sujetos en condición humana. Este trabajo de investigación busca resignificar desde la fenomenología el concepto del cuerpo y ubicar la motricidad como expresión socioafectiva. Desde una metodología fenomenológica se exploraron las perspectivas y puntos de vista de los participantes (sus emociones, prioridades, experiencias, significados y otros aspectos subjetivos). Las propuestas teórico-prácticas planteadas en esta investigación incluyeron prácticas corporales, escritos biocorporales, exploración y creación con diferentes materiales, que permitieron visibilizar y reflexionar sobre el cuerpo vivido, sentido y expresado. Entre los principales hallazgos se busca demostrar que la motricidad, entendida más allá del simple movimiento, emerge como una forma de expresión, comunicación y construcción de sentido que articula lo personal con lo colectivo. La corporeidad, por su parte, posibilita un acceso al sujeto en su complejidad: un ser que siente, transforma, crea y se relaciona con el mundo desde su estar-en-el-cuerpo. El proyecto permitió develar tensiones, dualidades, memorias y resistencias corporales, evidenciando que el cuerpo es un lugar legítimo desde el cual se construye subjetividad y humanidad. A partir de la implementación de este proyecto se reconoce que toda transformación subjetiva pasa por el cuerpo, y que abrir espacios donde el cuerpo es fuente de escucha, expresión y cuidado es fundamental para formar sujetos más conscientes de sí mismos, de los otros y de su estar en el mundo.This monograph focuses on the knowledge constructed around the body. Its focus is on establishing a notion of the body that transcends any limited, dualistic, and mechanical vision. To this end, I propose two key elements: motor skills and corporeality, for the redefinition and understanding of the body from a broad and complex perspective. These elements are inscribed within human development as essential elements for redefining and contributing to the development of individuals in the human condition. This research seeks to redefine the concept of the body through phenomenology and position motor skills as a socioaffective expression. Using a phenomenological methodology, the participants' perspectives and points of view (their emotions, priorities, experiences, meanings, and other subjective aspects) were explored. The theoretical and practical proposals presented in this research included bodily practices, biocorporal writing, and exploration and creation with different materials, which allowed for the visualization and reflection on the lived, felt, and expressed body. Among the main findings is the demonstration that motor skills, understood beyond simple movement, emerge as a form of expression, communication, and meaning-making that articulates the personal with the collective. Corporeality, for its part, enables access to the subject in its complexity: a being that feels, transforms, creates, and relates to the world through its being-in-the-body. The project made it possible to visualize tensions, dualities, memories, and bodily resistances, demonstrating that the body is a legitimate site from which subjectivity and humanity are constructed.
