Se tomo como caso de estudio la construcción en la ampliación del Centro de Salud de Gutiérrez, Cundinamarca”, dada la importancia en la construcción de esta ampliación al utilizarse en la construcción de los muros sistema constructivo liviano en seco, dada la importancia en las ventajas que este sistema presenta, en su economía, versatilidad, seguridad y la rapidez en el montaje. Para el propósito en la construcción de esta guía, se establecieron tres objetivos específicos, el primero corresponde a la verificación de las características técnicas en el montaje de los muros, en el cual se realizara la revisión de las especificaciones técnicas, el proceso de montaje y la terminación, con el cumplimiento del este objetivos se busca la elaboración de una plantilla de inspección, el segundo objetivo, se clasificaran las falencias que se puedan presentar en el montaje de los muros, este control se llevara a cabo mediante la elaboración de una plantilla de control, y el tercer objetivo se elabora un modelo de 3D, el cual permita realizar un control técnico, para la elaboración de una guía de control y seguimiento.This degree work corresponds to an application monograph, which was developed in the elaboration of a guide for the technical supervision, in the control and follow-up, during the execution phase, in the assembly of superboard walls, case study “Construction of the Emergency Service and TPR (Labor and Recovery), of the Health Center of Gutiérrez, Cundinamarca”.
