Con este fin se realizó una triangulación entre los testimonios de los líderes barriales, registros fotográficos de sus pobladores y expresiones de arte urbano, con relación al contexto geopolítico, social e histórico de estos territorios. El análisis se llevó a cabo desde las categorías: territorio, identidad, movilidad urbana y memoria barrial. Como resultado, la investigación evidencia que la memoria barrial está determinada por la evolución que ha tenido la movilidad en los territorios que conforman los barrios. La identidad del territorio se consolidó a partir de las luchas de la comunidad para superar las dificultades en materia de movilidad, producto de las ausencias del Estado. La investigación aporta a los estudios de la memoria, en este caso la memoria barrial, con relación a los procesos de territorialización y de movilidad en territorios sociales con alto grado de vulnerabilidad.The article presents the results of an investigation whose purpose was to reconstruct the neighborhood memories around urban mobility, identity and the territory of the Paraíso, Mirador and Bella Flor neighborhoods, of Ciudad Bolívar, in Bogotá, from the voices of its founders. To this end, a triangulation was carried out between the testimonies of neighborhood leaders, photographic records of their inhabitants and expressions of urban art, in relation to the geopolitical, social and historical context of these territories. The analysis was carried out from the categories: territory, identity, urban mobility and neighborhood memory. As a result, the research shows that neighborhood memory is determined by the evolution that mobility has had in the territories that make up the neighborhoods. The identity of the territory was consolidated from the struggles of the community to overcome the difficulties in relation to the provision of the public transport service, product of the absences of the State in terms of mobility.
