Ante el gran crecimiento de esta compañía, la demanda de servicios integrales también ha aumentado, exigiendo de parte de los clientes la utilización y calidad de servicios de red, los cuales inicialmente no fueron completamente documentados, soportados y planeados, trayendo como consecuencia actual una serie de inconvenientes de consistencia, cobertura y firmeza de la red. Esto requirió como aporte del pasante poder organizar, documentar y proponer alternativas de uso y configuración eficiente de los recursos IP y servicios MPLS, que tienen mayor impacto sobre la infraestructura de red. Al generar y mantener esta información bien organizada se repercute directamente en el avance y fortalecimiento del proyecto de despliegue de red de 700MHz, entre otros.
