Para dar un punto de partida en este proyecto se realizó un levantamiento de las redes eléctricas existentes en dicho predio y se construyó un plano arquitectónico y eléctrico, después de tener toda esta información consolidada se procede con la implementación de las nuevas cargas y la nueva distribución de la misma. Después de tener las nuevas cargas y su distribución optima en los diferentes tableros o gabinetes que se proyectan, se hace el cálculo de toda la carga de la instalación y como resultado de este proceso resulta que la carga supera el límite establecido por la empresa prestadora de servicios eléctricos, Codensa, por lo cual es necesario incluir en el proyecto el dimensionamiento de un transformador para poder tener cumplir con los requisitos y las normas establecidas actualmente en el país, como lo es el Reglamento Técnico de Instalaciones eléctricas (RETIE), la norma técnica colombiana (NTC 2050), el Reglamento técnico de Iluminación y Alumbrado Público (RETILAP), entre otras. Al mismo tiempo incluye el estudio fotométrico o diseño de iluminación que comprende las nuevas instalaciones de la empresa R&M SOLUCIONES INTEGRALES, cálculos de regulación, selección de protecciones, evaluación de riesgo (PROTECCION CONTRA RAYOS) y un presupuesto acompañado de sus respectivos análisis de precios por unidad.In this project are the activities that must be carried out when generating a design of electrical installations for a particular company, the company R & M SOLUCIONES INTEGRALES, a company specialized in the supply of products and services for the industrial and hydrocarbon sector.
