Se realizó un diagnóstico para la identificación, caracterización y cuantificación de los residuos generados en las diferentes actividades. También, se identificaron los problemas asociados al manejo de dichos residuos en la ruta sanitaria, causados por la falta de conciencia ambiental y la inadecuada segregación y clasificación de los residuos. Finalmente, se formularon las alternativas de solución para la gestión de residuos, que son la base fundamental para contribuir de manera positiva a mejorar ambiental y socialmente el cementerio.This project was developed with the goal to update the respective document to the solid waste management program for the central district cemetery. For the identification, characterization and quantify about the generated waste in different activities was made a diagnosis; Also was identified the associated problems to the management of each one of its waste in the sanitary route, it is for the ambiently conscience lack and the inadequate segregation and classification of its waste.
