Considerando lo que plantea la pedagogía constructivista (Vigotsky), en donde el estudiante es el protagonista y el propio creador de su conocimiento, es así que, por medio de las situaciones y actividades propuestas en esta investigación permiten fortalecer y enriquecer los conocimientos previos, profundizando algunos conceptos más avanzados desde el lenguaje natural del estudiante. Los datos para los respectivos análisis, se utilizaron técnicas metodológicas en la recolección de información como las fotografías, bitácoras y grabaciones con los estudiantes de cuarto, pertenecientes a la Institución Educativa Promoción Social del municipio del Pital – Huila, los cuales arrojaron información precisa para el análisis y las diferentes observaciones que se efectuaron de manera cíclica o de espiral (Lewin), permaneciendo la constante reflexión de la práctica docente, de esa manera concluir el presente trabajo.Degree work that is developed with the foundation of promoting reflection and meaningful learning with fourth grade students of primary school, through action research involving tools in the proposed activities such as the action of manipulating, home scale, seesaw and pattern element allowing the strengthening of logical-mathematical thinking from the realistic context. Considering what the constructivist pedagogy (Vygotsky) proposes, where the student is the protagonist and the creator of his knowledge, it is thus that, through the situations and activities proposed in this research, they allow strengthening and enriching previous knowledge, deepening some more advanced concepts from the student's natural language.
