En el marco de esta investigación se ha considerado una empresa de tecnología y telecomunicaciones llamada Arcom S.A. la cual permite establecer el teletrabajo como opción factible para realizar algunos de sus procesos misionales, dicho esto; se pretende valorar la viabilidad de un modelo de teletrabajo para la compañía, en el cual se evaluará el impacto que esta actividad puede generar para los ingresos de la compañía.The evolution of information technology has made many companies consider telework as an option in Colombia, however there are still many organizations that do not have valid arguments to implement or consider it, for those entities that develop their economic activities in the field Of information technologies, their relationship is closer and therefore are closely linked to consider teleworking as a viable option and a direct way to generate employment.
