Una alternativa para lograrlo es la Inteligencia Colectiva, que ha sido ampliamente estudiada en Sistemas Sociales Naturales, Sistemas Sociales Artificiales y en Sistemas Sociales Humanos. A pesar de las investigaciones en este último campo, no hay claridad sobre los aspectos que faciliten su entendimiento y emergencia. En este documento, se identifican cuáles son los rasgos estructurales y dinámicos que tienen en común diferentes modelos de Inteligencia Colectiva seleccionados en el contexto de Sistemas Sociales Humanos. Finalmente, se discute la posibilidad de proponer otras características para ser consideradas desde la revisión de los factores que han explicado el surgimiento de la Inteligencia Colectiva en Sistemas Sociales Naturales y Artificiales, y evaluarlos para el diseño de Modelos de Inteligencia Colectiva en futuras investigaciones.The growing complexity of the environment makes explicit the fact that Human Social Systems must develop mechanisms that allow them to increase agility in decision-making. An alternative to achieve this is found in Collective Intelligence, which has been widely studied in Natural Social Systems, in Artificial Social Systems, and in Human Social Systems. Despite the research carried out in this last field, there is no clarity regarding the aspects that facilitate its understanding and emergency. In this document, are identified which are the structural and dynamic features that are common to different Collective Intelligence models selected in the context of Human Social Systems.
