Con base en los anterior se determino y planteo un plan maestro de producción para cada línea, que permitiera aumentar la efectividad del proceso y reducir los tiempos de muda.This project collects information about the current model of production lines toilet (bath soap) in the company Azul K, also was analyzed and identified the model for the establishment of monthly forecasts were detected major molts process and the percentage of process efficiency.
