Este trabajo se desarrolló en la Sociedad de Activos Especiales (SAE S.A.S.) y tuvo como objetivo principal garantizar la consistencia de la información catastral y registral para facilitar la transferencia de 56 predios a la Agencia Nacional de Tierras (ANT), en el marco de la reforma agraria. El proyecto incluyó el diagnóstico de inconsistencias en áreas, linderos y registros propietarios; el desarrollo de conceptos técnicos para saneamiento; y la formulación de propuestas para mejorar la gestión catastral. Entre las propuestas destacan la implementación de una biblioteca digital de escrituras públicas y la automatización de procesos mediante inteligencia artificial. Este trabajo aporta a la política nacional de redistribución de tierras, promoviendo un desarrollo rural sostenible y equitativo.The report documents the internship carried out by David Santiago Peña Florián and Floe Geraldinne Valenzuela Molina, focused on the analysis and support to the process of cadastral reorganization of rural properties in the municipalities of Acacías, Restrepo and Puerto López, in the department of Meta, Colombia. This work was carried out at Sociedad de Activos Especiales (SAE S.A.S.) and its main objective was to guarantee the consistency of the cadastral and registry information to facilitate the transfer of 56 properties to the National Land Agency (ANT), within the framework of the agrarian reform. The project included the diagnosis of inconsistencies in areas, boundaries and ownership records; the development of technical concepts for reorganization; and the formulation of proposals to improve cadastral management. Among the proposals are the implementation of a digital library of public deeds and the automation of processes through artificial intelligence.
