Estudiando y clasificando también la hoya hidrográfica del rio NEGRO de Cundinamarca para así determinar sus comportamientos y características teniendo en cuenta la geografía, topografía, clima y los parámetros físicos de cada cuenca (área y perímetro) en la región y el sector.
