Apoyada en el psicoanálisis, pretendo exponer una serie de conceptos por medio de las artes plásticas.Para honrar la memoria y labor de mi madre, relaciono la costura y las etapas de duelo, con la respuesta del proceso que implica asumirlo. Contiguo a esto, la obra de Piedad Bonnett: Lo que no tiene nombre, amplía el espectro con el fin de representar mediante la literatura una mirada artística frente al vacío y la vulneración de la relación madre-hijo, dejando de manifiesto las dinámicas de crianza, fortaleciendo la teoría del apego de John Bowlby y evidenciando las fases del duelo planteadas por Kübler Ross.Grief is experienced in stages as it progresses. The death of my mother and accepting the condition of being an orphan motivated me to understand the dynamics involved in healing the absence of a person with whom an attachment has been established since childhood. Drawing on psychoanalysis, I aim to present a series of concepts through the visual arts. To honor my mother's memory and work, I connect sewing and the stages of grief with the response to the process involved in accepting it.
