Inicia con una contextualización general de la organización en la actualidad, junto con los soportes documentales de la norma que proporcionen a los lectores del proyecto un mayor entendimiento de los objetivos del proyecto y facilite el entendimiento del mismo durante su desarrollo. La transición de la norma de este trabajo está dividida en tres pasos, cada uno atado a los objetivos específicos, primero se establece un diagnostico que proporcione información del cumplimiento actual de la organización bajo cada uno de los 10 numerales de la norma actualizada, proporcionando información de partida de las falencias a trabajar durante la transición. En segundo plano se realiza una documentación inicial de los resultados proporcionados por el diagnóstico, este documento será el soporte de las actividades propuestas para desarrollar herramientas que permitan actualizar y documentar el sistema de gestión de calidad bajo los nuevos requisitos de la norma NTC ISO 9001:2015. El último paso para garantizar la efectividad de la transición es socializar la documentación del sistema de gestión de la calidad como estrategia a la auditoría externa, en esta parte se quiere dar a los colaboradores de la organización el conocimiento necesario de la nueva certificación, para que se realicen verificaciones necesarias en cada uno de sus procesos, esto permitirá una actualización constante de las herramientas establecidas para garantizar la certificación bajo altos estándares de calidad.This degree project describes the implementation of a transition from the NTC ISO 9001: 2008 standard to the NTC ISO 9001: 2015 in the Cooperativa Minuto de Dios, this transition is currently required in all the organizations that want to be certified in the latest high quality standards. It begins with a general contextualization of the organization at the present, together with the documentary supports of the norm that provide the readers of the project with a greater understanding of the objectives of the project and facilitate the understanding of it during its development. The transition of the standard of this work is divided into three steps, each tied to the specific objectives, first establishing a diagnosis that provides information on the current compliance of the organization under each of the 10 numerals of the updated standard, providing information starting from the flaws to work during the transition. In the background, an initial documentation of the results provided by the diagnosis is made, this document will be the support of the proposed activities to develop tools to update and document the quality management system under the new requirements of the NTC ISO 9001: 2015.
