Las causas son múltiples tales como el acoso laboral, trabajo extra horario no pago, desconocimiento de las normas y leyes, relaciones familiares en conflicto, estrés, aspectos económicos, aspectos personales no resueltos en relación a sus infancias, y los efectos en la sociedad son preocupantes y consecuentes a la falta de interés de las instituciones en las que labora el maestro. En este sentido las narrativas de vida surgen como bálsamo para aquellos sujetos que necesitan expresar y hacer un ejercicio de liberación de tensiones que se presentan en su quehacer docente, de su vida personal y todo aquello que durante años han llevado consigo y su niño interior.The worsening of their mental health is a regrettable reality lived by teachers in Colombia, no matter the context where they work, either public or private. There are multiple causes, such as harassment, unpaid overtime, ignorance of workplace legislation, fraught familial relationships, stress, economic worries, unresolved personal aspects stemming from childhood, and the effects on society are worrying, consistent with the lack of interest shown by the institutions where teachers work.
