El sistema no contaba con todas las características que se deseaban y este objetivo se alcanzó utilizando la integración de varias herramientas tecnológicas como CMS, software analítico y software de soporte. En este documento se explicarán los conceptos y desarrollo de la integración mencionada. Primero se explicarán los conceptos concernientes a la metodología de desarrollo y las herramientas tecnológicas utilizadas. Luego se explicarán los conceptos y los pasos llevados a cabo en el desarrollo de la integración. Por último se hablará del desarrollo de proyectos futuros basados en este proyecto.In order to optimize the PQR system that Tuleap possessed, the "Oficina Asesora de Sistemas" decided to create a new software solution through new functionalities to the project management system in Tuleap applying business intelligence.
