Se identifica una carencia de información territorial actualizada y de procesos de documentación durante la ejecución de CERS en el municipio, lo que resalta la necesidad de llevar a cabo este análisis. La estrategia CERS, promovida por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social (MSPS), busca priorizar la salud mediante intervenciones estructurales y participativas en el ordenamiento territorial, reconociendo los derechos humanos y abordando desigualdades. Lo que distingue a esta estrategia es su enfoque sistémico, que integra diversos elementos en el desarrollo territorial. Se espera que los resultados de esta investigación proporcionen una comprensión más profunda de la relación entre territorio y salud, identificando determinantes clave para el diseño de futuras políticas públicas. Además, se pretende que los hallazgos sirvan como referencia para otros municipios interesados en adoptar la estrategia CERS, promoviendo así un desarrollo más equitativo y saludable.The main objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between territorial planning and the implementation of the CERS strategy in the municipality of Busbanzá, Boyacá, during the period from 2019 to 2023. A significant lack of updated territorial information and documentation processes during the execution of CERS in the municipality highlights the necessity for this analysis. The CERS strategy, promoted by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection (MSPS), aims to prioritize health through structural and participatory interventions in territorial planning, recognizing human rights and addressing inequalities. What sets this strategy apart is its systemic approach, which integrates various elements into territorial development. The research results are expected to provide a deeper understanding of the relationship between territory and health, identifying key determinants for future public policies.
