Lo anterior a partir de la configuración de la comunidad de docentes en movimiento y sus resistencias quienes desde la apuesta de un nuevo sindicalismo reconfiguran la acción, la identidad, la cultura y la perspectiva pedagogica del sindicalista magisterial.The present qualitative research had a socio-historical focus. It aimed to identify those aspects present in the platform: Dreams, Education, and Rebellion (SER, in Spanish), which make possible alternatives to the union crisis in the District Association of workers of education (ADE, in Spanish). All above-mentioned, starting from the configuration of the teacher's community in movements and their endurance.
