Para la estructuración del proyecto se creo el modelo de negocio utilizando la metodología Canva dentro del cual enfocamos nuestra propuesta de valor permitir a los inversionistas encontrar oportunidades de inversión rapidamente y a los emprendimientos adquirir financiamiento que permita a su proyecto crecer. También se realiza la evaluación mediante las matrices PEYEA/DOFA para identificar las fortalezas de nuestro proyecto frente a otros competidores en el mercado, hacemos referencia a la metodología de trabajo que será utilizada para el desarrollo del proyecto y finalmente se hace referencia a la viabilidad del proyecto a través de un análisis financiero el cual obtiene una factibilidad considerable.The project aims to present a business plan for the creation of a CrowdFunding platform that helps small businesses to acquire financial resources from different investors easily and quickly. For the structuring of the project we created the business model using the Canva methodology within which we focus our value proposition to allow investors to find investment opportunities quickly and ventures to acquire funding to enable their project to grow.
