Teniendo como mercado a las empresas del sector financiero (aseguradoras, establecimientos bancarios, corporaciones financieras, portafolios de inversión y empresas Fintech) porque al ser auditadas por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia necesitan ejecutar consultorías internas y externas que permitan evaluar si su infraestructura de redes puede garantizar la seguridad y la integridad de la información que manejan. Para poder determinar la viabilidad del plan de negocios es necesario realizar un análisis DOFA, un análisis financiero, un estudio del mercado, un estudio administrativo y un análisis que permita determinar los impactos potenciales que puede generar el desarrollo del plan a nivel ambiental, económico, social y regional.The objective is to develop a business plan for a network consulting firm with the purpose of analyzing the infrastructure of client companies and evaluating whether it guarantees good performance for their different activities. In case this infrastructure does not guarantee this, a suitable solution that meets quality and security standards will be proposed to correct the problems presented. The target market is financial sector companies (insurance companies, banks, financial corporations, investment portfolios, and Fintech companies) because they are audited by the Colombian Financial Superintendence and need to execute internal and external consulting to evaluate whether their network infrastructure can guarantee the security and integrity of the information they handle.
