En primer lugar, se aborda el análisis realizado basado en el prototipo del chatbot desarrollado por estudiantes de la Especialización en Ingeniería de Software de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, cuyo objetivo principal es presentar respuestas a las preguntas más frecuentes realizadas por estudiantes de ingeniería de la misma Universidad respecto a los procesos académicos y administrativos. En este sentido, se realiza el estudio del caso del proyecto como respuesta a la necesidad de contar con un mecanismo de actualización de los contenidos presentados en este chatbot, basado en el análisis de los mismos mediante la generación de indicadores de las búsquedas realizadas por los estudiantes, que son el eje central para la toma de decisiones y a su vez permitan el mantenimiento constante y futuro de las fuentes de datos del chatbot, así como presentar información de calidad y al día a sus estudiantes y usuarios.This document sets out the guidelines for the development of a SOFTWARE PROTOTYPE FOR UPDATING CONTENTS OF THE CHATBOT OF THE FACULTY OF ENGINEERING OF THE FRANCISCO JOSÉ DE CALDAS DISTRICT UNIVERSITY. In the first place, the document addresses the analysis carried out based on the prototype of the chatbot developed by students of the Specialization in Software Engineering of the Francisco José de Caldas District University, whose main objective is to present answers to the most frequent questions asked by engineering students of the same University regarding the academic and administrative processes.
