Puesto que la metodología de las 5S, no solo busca mantener un lugar de trabajo en orden y limpio, sino también detectar anomalías presentes en el área de trabajo, con el objetivo de reducir la pérdida de tiempo por el hecho de tener que buscar elementos, como materiales o herramientas, se propone para este proyecto, emplear esta metodología para identificar los mudas presentes en el área de producción de obleas San Antonio, mostrando cual sería la mejora en el proceso de producción, al implementar las 5s y al mismo tiempo, estimulando al personal para que no se resista al cambio que esta requiere, que beneficiará tanto al trabajador al laborar en un lugar más limpio, seguro, cómodo y ordenado; como a la empresa con el incremento en la productividad.The company Obleas San Antonio, has a number of drawbacks in the production area by the lack of organization at the facility, which has created the tools and equipment used in the manufacturing process elements are confused and misled, is located the place cluttered work and full of different elements, that not even involved in the production process, creating losses of time, space, among others.
