Méndez Ramírez, Cesar DavidCastiblanco Echeverría, Cristhian David2023-04-282023-04-282021-10-12http://hdl.handle.net/11349/31180En este trabajo se analizan las líneas de bajo transcritas por el autor de los temas Pa Mayte y La Cañaguatera, que se encuentran en los discos la tierra del olvido y Clásicos de la Provincia de Carlos Vives, interpretados en vivo por la agrupación ya mencionada en el concierto de la ciudad de santa Marta en el año 2015, para su posterior interpretación, acercándose al estilo y los recursos técnicos del bajista Luis Ángel Pastor, dando a conocer también los distintos factores que han marcado la evolución del género vallenato en esta agrupación, contextualizando el vallenato, su posible origen y evolución; al mismo tiempo habla sobre la vida musical del bajista, la música de Carlos Vives y la provincia teniendo en cuenta elementos como la creación, grabación y aspectos musicales que aportaron diferentes músicos relevantes para la agrupación como Teto Ocampo. En el documento también se da una mirada etnográfica al hablar sobre cómo la sociedad costeña y su cultura impregnan de alguna forma el pensamiento cultural de todo el país gracias al vallenato, haciendo un análisis comparativo entre los distintos géneros dentro del vallenato y un análisis musical completo de las obras para una posterior interpretación.This work analyzes the bass lines transcribed by the author of the songs Pa Mayte and La Cañaguatera, which are found on the records La Tierra del Forgotten and Clásicos de la Provincia de Carlos Vives, performed live by the group already mentioned in the concert of the city of Santa Marta in 2015, for its subsequent interpretation, approaching the style and technical resources of the bassist Luis Ángel “Papa” Pastor, also making known the different factors that have marked the evolution of the vallenato genre in this grouping, contextualizing vallenato, its possible origin and evolution; At the same time, he talks about the musical life of the bass player, the music of Carlos Vives and the province, taking into account elements such as creation, recording and musical aspects that different relevant musicians contributed to the group, such as Teto Ocampo.
