Estudio caso: variable aguas, mejorando la estimación subjetiva que tiene esta la variable en la metodología actual (ZHFR). Así mismo, propone una ponderación al beneficio o disfrute del recurso hídrico en el sector rural, asociándolo al criterio de Valor Potencial (V.P.), permitiendo una mejor definición de las tierras de mayor capacidad productiva para el uso agropecuario.The purpose of this project is to make a proposal to modify the rating system of variables in the Rural Physical Homogeneous Zone for Multipurpose Cadastre. Case study: water variable, improving the subjective estimate that this variable has in the current methodology (ZHFR).
