Dado lo anterior se hace necesaria la creación de una empresa asesora de modelos de negocio , que a través de una plataforma web pueda aplicar la metodologia lean start up como guía y ayuda a los emprendimientos del sector calzado, contribuyendo a crear y lanzar productos de valor en el mercado previamente determinados , ajustado a las necesidades, y caracteristicas de cada start up. Por lo cual en el presente documento se analiza la viabilidad de la creación de una empresa asesora de modelos de negocio a partir de lean start up para la industria de calzado en la Ciudad de Bogotá por medio de una plataforma web.The central problem of the shoe industry is the low competitiveness of the sector with respect to imported products that lead to the non-permanence of SMEs in the shoemaker market, due to the poor use of resources in their initial stage that generate cost overruns for the ignorance of the market and its customers.
