Hoy podemos hacer estas afirmaciones pues ya comprendemos la trayectoria este como materia creadora durante el siglo XX. Al ser compuesto, complejo, descriptivo y en ocasiones críptico, el sonido en las artes visuales configura la presente investigación, la cual es una convergencia de varios postulados del sonido como elemento de creación, exhibición y eje de pensamiento. Se trata también de un análisis desde una antología del arte sonoro en Colombia y la divergencia que puede haber entre la plástica sonora y los planteamientos curatoriales propios de un sistema de exhibición que se gesta desde la unificación de varios artistas y obras que esencialmente se instauran en lo sonoro o, por el contrario, repelen ser denominados dentro del mismo. Para la comprensión de estas disidencias se desarrolla esta investigación desde finales de los años ochenta hasta el presente.Sound is a space for dissent, for creation and experimentation. Today we can make these affirmations because we already understand its trajectory as creative matter during the twentieth century. Being composed, complex, descriptive and sometimes cryptic sound in visual arts configures the present investigation which is a convergence of several postulates of sound as an element of creation, exhibition and axis of thought. It is also an analysis from an anthology of sound art in Colombia and the divergence that may exist between, sound plastic and curatorial approaches of an exhibition system that is developed from the unification of several artists and works that essentially are established in sound or, on the contrary, they repel being denominated within it.
