Para ello, se dio inicio con la revisión de los documentos existentes en la organización que permitieran identificar la conformación o aporte a un SGC; una vez recopilada esta información se procedió a realizar un diagnóstico y acorde a esto se diseñó un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad de acuerdo a los lineamientos de la NTC ISO 9001: 2015, dando cumplimiento a los requisitos que esta solicitaba; donde se plasmaron las actividades que se desarrollaban, se aclararon los procedimientos, se evaluaron las posibles inconformidades y riesgos y se delimitaron las responsabilidades para así contribuir a mejorar la prestación del servicio, imagen del jardín y la calidad de la educación.This project evidences the proposal to document a Quality Management System (QMS) for Kindergarten Juliana Kindergarten, responding to their different needs and allowing to comply with the identification of the processes and procedures that are carried out within the institution.
