En el caso de la Cartilla Charry, se trata de un texto con el cual tanto la población urbana como la rural, tuvieron la posibilidad de acceder paulatinamente al sistema educativo del país, por lo cual revisarla y estudiarla permite dar cuenta de la relación escuela–sujetos–derechos, en una época determinante como el inicio del siglo XX.Through a historical follow-up, the present research exercise seeks to identify the possible ways in which the concept of human rights approaches the school and the formation of citizens, this being one of the objectives of education during the period between 1917 and 1930.
