Para tal fin se realizó una exploración bibliográfica que permitió decantar los trabajos precedentes sobre la zona y la temática. A continuación, se adoptaron los preceptos cuantitativos de la geografía urbana como marco teórico, para así lograr abordar el problema de estudio mediante la implementación de técnicas básicas de estadística no parametral al interior de sistemas de información geográfica SIG.The investigation developed concerning the search for establishing the existence or not of an interdependence relation between: the use of the peripheral soil to Transmilenio stations "BRT", and his distance with regard to the same ones. For such an end there was realized a bibliographical exploration that allowed to praise the previous works on the zone and the subject matter.
