Esta pasantía se dio por la necesidad de la Concesión Alto Magdalena de reforzar el cargue en la plataforma Olympus de la información técnica, jurídica, valuatoria y demás documentación generada por el personal técnico y jurídico en el proceso de adquisición de los predios afectados por el proyecto de infraestructura vial Honda-Puerto Salgar-Girardot, todo esto con el fin de brindarle a la concesión Alto Magdalena y a la Agencia Nacional de Infraestructura ANI una base de datos actualizada y confiable de la gestión predial adelantada. A lo largo del documento se explica el funcionamiento y estructura de la plataforma Olympus, así como también los problemas y restricciones que esta tiene al momento de cargar la información, y que retrasan el proceso de actualización de la base de datos de Olympus. Por último se exponen los resultados de la información de gestión predial que se ingresó al sistema a lo largo de la pasantía y los cuales responden al objetivo principal planteado de analizar, verificar y actualizar de forma oportuna y eficiente toda la información jurídica, técnica y valuatoria del proceso de adquisición de los predios afectados por el proyecto de infraestructura vial Honda-Puerto Salgar-Girardot.This work shows the functions that were carried out in the framework of the internship, developed in the Alto Magdalena Award, in the office located in Honda-Tolima in the internal working Group of Management predial.
