El prototipo usa sensores de luminosidad para tomar muestras del estado en que se encuentra la luminaria, el sistema embebido está enlazado con un módulo ethernet que funciona bajo el protocolo de red TCP/IP, que envía los datos de cada luminaria a un servidor web, permitiendo la visualización gráfica y la generación de alertas por medio de una interfaz grafica de la pagina web. El usuario podrá encontrar la alerta de la luminaria que esté fallando, el lugar exacto mediante redireccionamiento a google maps y la gráfica de estado en tiempo real de la luminaria.This paper presents the specification, design, and building of a prototype for remote monitoring of a street lighting network for maintenance, through a embedded system, with the purpose of optimize the street lighting quality and give a reliability to system for his suitable and timely maintenance. The prototype use luminosity sensors for take up state luminary samples, the embedded system is linked whit a ethernet module that works with TCP/IP red protocol, that send data of each luminary of web server, allowing to graphic visualization and alerts generation through a graphical interface in web page.
