En el Capítulo II, del Marco Teórico, se tendrán en cuenta las palabras claves del objeto de investigación, así como su impacto en la sociedad y el contexto en el que nos encontramos, además, se hará mención a diferentes textos, investigaciones, artículos o autores que nos ayuden a expandir la explicación y comprensión. Seguidamente, se presenta el capítulo III, del diseño metodológico de la investigación, el cual está conformado por la descripción del tipo de investigación que se realizó, así como el tipo de estudio a utilizar, diseño, alcance, población y la muestra. También se hace una exposición clara de los métodos de recolección de información, fases de estudio, cronograma, trabajo de campo, los criterios de validez y finaliza con los aspectos éticos. Para cerrar, se encuentra el capítulo IV, análisis y discusión de resultados, el cual presenta el análisis de los resultados obtenidos de la triangulación de la información que corresponde a los instrumentos propuestos en el capítulo anterior.
