En este contexto, el gobierno de Colombia ha adoptado la modalidad de Alianzas Público-Privadas para la construcción y mejora progresiva de su red vial. La ejecución de estos proyectos requiere estudios exhaustivos de las áreas afectadas, y en el marco de esta pasantía, se llevó a cabo el análisis y elaboración de las Zonas Homogéneas Físicas (ZHF) y Geoeconómicas (ZHG). Estas zonas proporcionan valores de referencia para las áreas de terreno que serán intervenidas durante el desarrollo del proyecto vial. La elaboración de las Zonas Homogéneas Físicas y Geoeconómicas resulta fundamental en proyectos de infraestructura vial, ya que posibilita realizar proyecciones presupuestarias en términos de gestión predial, permitiendo evaluar la viabilidad financiera del proyecto en cuestión.The progress of the country leads to the improvement of the road infrastructure, thus achieving the optimization of travel times, which brings significant benefits in the social, environmental, economic and productive areas. In this context, the Colombian government has adopted the Public-Private Partnerships modality for the construction and progressive improvement of its road network. The execution of these projects requires exhaustive studies of the affected areas, and within the framework of this internship, the analysis and elaboration of the Physical Homogeneous Zones (ZHF) and Geoeconomic Zones (ZHG) was carried out. These zones provide reference values for the land areas that will be intervened during the development of the road project.
