El trabajo permite entender como en el paro cívico de Ciudad Bolívar se crea un campo de protesta a la vez que se consolida una ideología en torno al derecho por la ciudad, en un momento crucial de la historia de Bogotá, como lo es el despegue neoliberal.The present work of investigation carries out a historical reconstruction of the civic strike of Ciudad Bolívar, which occurred in this locality of the city of Bogotá in October 1993. The reconstruction is carried out from the theoretical approach of Marxist historiography, where the "stories from below", allow to understand how through the protest, the popular classes revindicate their rights as citizens.
