Producto de este proceso y la supervisión del contrato, se encontraron inconsistencias en la base catastral correspondientes a la cancelación sin justificación de 506 predios, error en la asignación de la destinación económica de 118 y la duplicidad de la inscripción catastral en 625 inmuebles de la ciudad. Es así, como en el marco del proceso de conservación, una vez el municipio cumple con los requisitos establecidos por el IGAC y se habilita con Gestor Catastral como se constata en la resolución 655 del 27 de mayo de 2022; le corresponde a la Dirección de Conservación y Actualización Catastral, adscrita a la secretaria de Catastro y Espacio Público, adelantar los procedimientos necesarios para corregir los errores de la nueva base catastral entregada por el IGAC al municipio; los cuales se describen a lo largo del presente documento.
