El centro de pruebas proyectado, estará dividido por zonas diferenciadas y separadas, pero integralmente será un espacio único que proporcionará a los ingenieros, investigadores, universidades, sector privado y gobierno, un entorno destinado a realizar pruebas antes de construir y/o materializar elementos de infraestructura en carreteras y calles reales, además estas pruebas pueden servir como insumo para la generación de normatividades y/o políticas públicas.
