Dentro de los alcances de la investigación están: caracterizar tanto el sector pecuario del departamento como el estiércol generado en él, consultar los modelos matemáticos que mejor describen la transformación energética de este residuo y finalmente calcular el aporte energético que se podría obtener en esta región con base en las deyecciones de las principales especies pecuarias; avícola, bovina y porcina, todo esto sin tener en cuenta ningun tipo de perdidas.The following document presents an estimate of the energy potential that can be obtained from the residual animal biomass existing in the department of Cundinamarca - Colombia, in order to determine the importance of this energy source in the area of alternative energies.
