Luego de ello se realiza un cronograma relacionado con las Fiestas Patrias en que se definen los días en que se realizará cada espectáculo, siendo estos , día 19 perteneciente a Fuegos artificiales en la Plaza de Bolívar como momento alusivo a la Independencia, día 20 Gran Alborada para saludar al natalicio de la Patria, este día particularmente se subdivide en horas para la realización y los encargados de un espectáculo. Finalmente se estipula a los habitantes que desde el dio 19 y hasta la noche del 25 de deben iluminar el frente de las casas, poner guirnaldas, festones, coronas y banderas.
