El estudio se realizó por medio de la aplicación de una encuesta y una lista de chequeo de inspección de condiciones laborales en cada una de las fincas objeto de estudio, así como la recopilación y análisis del registro fotográfico tomado en cada una de ellas; los factores de riesgo fueron valorados a través de la metodología GTC 45, obteniendo como resultado que el riesgo químico, biomecánico, y mecánico son no aceptables, y por ende deben intervenirse de forma prioritaria, adicionalmente, se concluye que la informalidad y los bajos ingresos económicos del sector, dificultan la adopción de medidas de intervención y la afiliación de los trabajadores al Sistema General de Seguridad SocialThe present research project consists in the evaluation of the labor risks in the farms of the farmers affiliated to the association of fruit and coffee producers ASOFRUCAFÉ of Tibacuy Cundinamarca, specifically in the coffee and fruit cultivation processes.
