Por otra parte, teniendo como insumo la información recolectada se determinaron los cambios que se encuentran en la ciudad por medio de un diagnóstico de la actualización catastral realizada por el Gestor Catastral MASORA, además, se relacionó la incidencia en el cambio de los valores en los inmuebles de uso habitacional en base al Índice de Costos de Construcción de la Vivienda y se contrastó con el cambio en la demanda de los inmuebles de uso habitacional en el transcurso de la cuarentena por el Covid-19, para así, obtener finalmente un análisis de la dinámica inmobiliaria en la ciudad de Manizales para el año 2022.In this degree work in the internship modality that was developed at the Agustín Codazzi Geographic Institute, the activities related to the preparation, classification, purification and cartographic production of the real estate information of the city of Manizales according to current regulations are detailed, for the calculation of the Property Valuation Index (IVP).
