Para llevar a cabo el presente estudio se aplicará una metodología de tipo descriptivo-exploratorio con un enfoque mixto que nos permita comprender la dinámica natural del clima urbano y de la calidad del aire en la localidad de Fontibón, su incidencia y efecto en los ciclistas urbanos de la cicloruta de la Calle 13 evaluando de qué manera los fenómenos climáticos urbanos y la contaminación ambiental afectan la calidad de vida de los ciclistas mientras se movilizan en bicicleta. Adicionalmente, se analizar la percepción del ciclista urbano sobre las afectaciones en su salud y las posibles medidas de solución a las principales afectaciones identificadas. Se aplicarán diferentes instrumentos como el análisis de datos climáticos, la revisión bibliográfica, la aplicación de encuestas y la interpretación comparativa con correlaciones de la información recolectada para poder concluir el grado de afectación en la salud y calidad de vida de los ciclistas urbanos para finalmente sugerir un plan de acción para el manejo las principales problemáticas identificas. Para este plan de acción se espera comprender la situación del ciclista urbano de la Calle 13 respecto a las condiciones ambientales a las que se somete en el día a día, desde el análisis de datos, pero también desde su propia percepción, generando algunas recomendaciones en líneas de trabajo general que permitan minimizar impactos negativos y maximizar los positivos en la transición de la ciudad hacia la movilidad sostenible con programas y proyectos que ayuden a minimizar las problemáticas principales identificadas.The objective of this paper is to carry out an analysis of the effects that environmental conditions and air quality in the town of Fontibón have on the growing population of urban cyclists in the town, understanding that this is an area of ​​great industrial confluence, transport and residential areas, therefore, a critical area at an environmental level.
